Shaker tape is used on all our Shaker ladder-back chair seats. It is a tough canvas-warp, cotton-weave narrow tape that will not stretch and is colour-fast and light-fast. Tapes are available in a variety of solid and striped colours in 5/8" width. They can be purchased separately and easily woven onto any chair where splint or rush has been used before. The tape is $75 (Canadian funds) per 80 yard roll. Cushion, tacks and instructions are included with each tape order.
